From online gatherings to in-person workshops to traveling adventures you are invited to explore, connect, and expand your capacity to nourish your deeper self. All of our events are intentionally created to offer a space for being in community as we encourage each other to be Open 2 the Journey.
Unconditional Presence of Sound: Awakening
Our September gathering centers on the theme of Awakening — through music and sound this is an invitation to the path awakening as an every day practice — awakening to the present moment, to compassion, to the heart, and to the deeper truth beneath conditioned identity. Unconditional Presence of Sound is our ever evolving practice of mindfulness, lovingkindness and gratitude in a container of healing sound. We plan to host these gatherings several times a year—come to as many as you’d like! The event is free and those that register will receive a zoom invite a few days prior. We're offer this as a heartfelt contribution to healing and transformation in the world.

“There was something about Erin and Cara that put me immediately at ease. They created a safe and sacred space that inspired the trust and confidence I needed to answer a call deep within me to go on a journey of self exploration. My life has been changed in such a wonderful way, and I am so grateful to them for that.” —Martha Campbell, LCSW
