We will explore the practices of mindfulness, lovingkindness, body awareness, and gratitude in a container of healing sound. We will be cultivating unconditional presence as a way to access meditative states of consciousness that provide healing, stress reduction, and increased self awareness. We will explore these profound meditation practices:
